Overview
Inflow is an AI-driven creative agency building tools to help creators and brands scale their content and storytelling. As a product manger, I joined the team during a pivotal stage of growth to bring clarity to their product vision, structure execution workflows, and set up systems that would support both client delivery and internal product launches. My role bridged product strategy, operations, and creative execution to move the platform from concept into reality.
The Results
Created a repeatable system that scaled across both client projects and internal product builds.

The Work
Defined product roadmap: Partnered with leadership to map immediate launch priorities while laying the foundation for future iterations of the platform.
ClickUp system design: Built a product management workspace to track features across multiple iterations, from backlog → design → build → release.
Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinated between engineers, designers, and agency leads to scope features, review deliverables, and keep milestones on track.
Launch execution: Supported the design and rollout of product features tied to upcoming launches, including authentication, account management, and content workflows.
The Product Now
Inflow is continuing to expand its platform, with a stronger foundation for building and scaling new creative AI tools. The workflows and systems I designed are now embedded into the company’s product operations, supporting ongoing client delivery and new launches. With clearer product vision, structured client management, and disciplined execution, the team is positioned to scale both their technology and their community of creators.
