My Journey So Far

I'm Quyen Tran, a product strategist and digital membership consultant based in Orange County, California.

My background is in product management and digital strategy, where I've led initiatives that scaled platforms to millions of users and helped generate over $100M in annual revenue. In 2023, I stepped away from the corporate world to build something that felt more aligned, and Gentle World Company was born.

Today, I work with creators, coaches, and practitioners who are building digital memberships and subscription-based businesses. I help them design the systems, experiences, and operations behind sustainable recurring revenue, so their business can grow without burning them out in the process.

My path to this work has always been shaped by wellness. A mindfulness practice I started in 2018 to navigate the pressure of the tech world eventually became something deeper, a lens for how I approach design, business, and life. I believe the best products are simple, intentional, and built around real human experience.

Through Gentle World, I bring together product thinking, human-centered design, and operational strategy to help people build digital businesses that actually work, and feel good to run.
